Melanie Hilman is a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania studying Bioengineering. When she’s not thinking about the things that engineers think, she is either playing works of chamber music on her cello or worrying about the current state of Conservative Judaism.

Benjamin Porat is originally from Los Angeles and a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania, studying electrical engineering. When he isn’t building circuits or having capacitors explode in his face, he enjoys collecting exotic kippot.

Adam Bershad is a senior at Temple University majoring in Sport and Recreation Management. This semester Adam is interning full-time at Temple’s Hillel to give back to the Jewish community that has helped shape his identity throughout college. Aside from Jewish life, Adam is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and is an amateur genealogist.
